Architecture teams import an existing ArchiMate model or start from a spreadsheet, track the application portfolio, rationalise it with TIME scoring, build business cases with three-year cost of ownership and payback, take changes through an architecture review board with the impact evidence attached, and keep a risk register tied to the systems it affects.
