Crews clock in with GPS, complete safety checklists and attach before and after photos to each job. Tree-specific tools include municipal permit tracking, a stump grinding queue, tree species records and a wood volume estimator. Completed jobs turn into invoices that clients can pay online through a client portal, with QuickBooks Online sync. Quotes, invoices and client emails are available in English and French, and Canadian and US sales taxes are calculated automatically. An AI receptionist answers missed calls and logs them as leads.
