Ratelift does two jobs that Xero does not do itself.
Price changes. The user chooses the repeating invoice templates, sets a percentage or a fixed amount, picks rounding and a start date, and sees every line, old price and new, before anything is written. Ratelift then creates each template at the new price, reads it back from Xero and checks every field, and only then removes the old one. Templates whose next invoice is due within two days are held back and finished free once that invoice has gone out, so no customer is billed at the wrong price.
Imports. Ratelift creates repeating invoice templates in Xero from a CSV file, one row per invoice line, as drafts, with a preview first. It has been used by businesses moving to Xero from Sage and other systems.
Pricing is per job, by the number of templates written: £29 up to 25, £49 for 26 to 100, £99 for 101 to 500, £149 for 501 to 2,500, excluding VAT. The first job of up to five templates is free, with no card.
Ratelift is made by Aragon Software in the UK and was previously called Uplift. It is independent of Xero Limited and is not in the Xero App Store. It connects through Xero's standard sign-in.
