Also there were customer interviews, so for key features we got some analysis of whether customers really found those features useful and what was true or not about the competitors’ various claims.

We were after the enterprise pricing that doesn’t get published, and Aqute were able to find that. The research was clear, accurate, they delivered on time and were able to do some follow-ups that we asked for. We got a good sense of how the competitor sales process worked.
