AquaCert is a training, compliance and onboarding platform built for Australian swim schools. It replaces spreadsheets, email chains and paper sign-offs with one system that shows, at a glance, who is trained and cleared to teach.
Training: build courses with video, text, images and quizzes, or import existing SCORM courses. Videos you upload cannot be skipped, so a completion means something. Group courses into pathways by role, assign them in a few clicks, sign off practical skills poolside with on-screen signatures, and issue branded certificates that anyone can verify online.
Onboarding: send a new hire one branded link. They create a login, complete your form, sign your documents and upload their Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR certificates with expiry dates. You review once and approve. Payroll details are held encrypted until approval, then sent on and deleted.
Compliance and admin: a colour-coded grid shows every document as valid, expiring soon or expired. Automatic reminders go out before certificates and documents lapse. Send documents to staff to sign, run reports and export to CSV, and give each location manager access to their own team only.
Your school's logo, colours and web address appear on the login page, onboarding and certificates. AquaCert runs in the browser on any phone or computer, with two-factor sign-in. Pricing is tailored to your school, whether you run one pool or many.
