AllRounds is scheduling, invoicing and payments software for UK window cleaners and other businesses that work a regular round. It runs in a web browser on a phone or computer, and is aimed at sole traders and small teams. Businesses set up customers and recurring jobs, such as every 4 or 8 weeks, and AllRounds builds each day’s work from them. The Today screen shows the day’s run list on a phone and still works with no mobile signal. Workers mark jobs done, skipped or paid as they go. There’s also a day planner with a map of the round, and a month calendar for moving visits or changing a one-off price. Invoices are made automatically from completed jobs. Customers can pay by card online, and cash and bank transfer payments can be recorded too. Balances, overdue amounts and aged debt are tracked, and email reminders go out to customers. Businesses can also text customers for free from their own phone, using wording they can edit.
