The ease of use of Aprio is unparalled. I have used a couple of other magagement software applications in the past, and Aprio stands out as the most user friendly. We have been a customer for about 5 years now, and the elimination of paper materials has been life changing. We feel confident knowing that our materials are secure, yet easily accessible to our directors. Since the implementation, we have had very minor issues, however those have been quickly resolved by the customer support team, or with a quick update. The support team is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle any issues that come up at any hour of the day. The training offered to the directors is a nice added bonus. Having the app available across any device has also made the ease of integration much easier to access materials.

I find the process of posting, revising, and updating files on Aprio very easy and intuitive to use. I particularly like the option to copy a meeting to another date, which cuts down on the time it takes to create a new meeting.
