Yes it will be useful

|Dynamics 365 CRM Integration for Genesys
We have developed an application which requires end users to have support team, while raising the tickets by end users the support can directly the end user through D365 portal as the Genesys integrated and it will avaialble to right most. But the most usefull feature is the out of box as soon they call the D365 form will fetch end user basic details.
