Tenet is accounts payable software for finance teams using Xero. It reads supplier invoices from uploads and email, recalculates line amounts, totals and tax, and checks for duplicates and supplier changes before approval. On the Match plan and above, Tenet supports 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, including partial deliveries and supplier-specific price and quantity tolerances. Exceptions show the figures that differ, the reason and a suggested resolution. A person approves every invoice before it is posted to Xero with the original document attached. An audit trail records edits, approvals and overrides. Plans include unlimited users and a 14-day free trial.
