CampApp is management software for independent campsites. It combines the back-office tools a site needs — a drag-and-drop planning board for pitches, reservations and booking requests, invoicing with tourist tax and VAT, and a financial overview — with a guest-facing app that visitors reach by scanning a QR code, without installing anything or creating an account.
Through that app, guests can see site information and announcements, order drinks, bread and restaurant meals, book facilities such as bikes, SUP boards or a washing machine in timeslots, and pay online. Payments and deposits run through the site’s own Mollie account. The guest app and the admin interface are fully trilingual (Dutch, English, German), and a native app (iOS, with Android in testing) adds push notifications on top of the web version.
CampApp is multi-tenant: each campsite runs on its own database and configuration, with optional paid modules (such as online payments) activated per site.
