Apilex is an AI legal assistant built for lawyers, law firms, and in-house legal teams working in civil law jurisdictions.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Apilex is trained on jurisdiction-specific case law and legislation. Its semantic search lets lawyers describe the facts of a dispute in plain language instead of guessing keywords, then returns relevant decisions ranked by how closely they match the case at hand, sorted as favorable or unfavorable with a short legal summary for each.
Core capabilities:
Case law research — Semantic search across a verified database of over 12 million court decisions, with source citations for every result.
Document drafting — Generate petitions, contracts, and legal correspondence. The Templates feature analyzes documents you upload and reproduces your own drafting style rather than generic AI phrasing.
Document comparison — Identify differences between two versions of a contract or filing, with an assessment of how each change affects the parties.
Case workspaces — Create a dedicated workspace per matter. Files sync from national judicial systems, and the assistant answers questions grounded in that matter’s own documents.
Deadline management — Hearings, notifications, and statutory deadlines consolidated in a single calendar with Google Calendar sync.
Apilex is available on web, iOS, Android, and as a Chrome extension. Security and compliance include ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, and EU AI Act alignment, with end-to-end encryption and on-premise deployment options for firms with stricter requirements.
Apilex currently serves legal professionals in Turkey, France, and Germany, with Italy, Spain, and Brazil in progress. It is designed to support legal judgment, not replace it — every output is traceable to its sources so the lawyer remains the decision-maker.
