So far, so very good! I was searching for something with a free plan to start with that would allow me to add a free gift to min order that would mesh with Shopify's automatic discounts and coupon discounts, applying all at checkout in special sales. I tried several other apps before this one and they either didn't have what I was looking for or support was unresponsive from the get-go. AOV.ai Free Gift was exactly what I needed, and as soon as I downloaded the app and began playing around with it, Susan was there immediately via Chat to answer any questions or guide me along the first try. She was awesome, and although I didn't think I needed any assistance, turns out I did and Susan was great. Highly recommend this app and may be upgrading to a paid plan in the near future. Great App, great support, a win-win.

I'll mention their excellent, responsive support first. The app has plenty of options and configurability, I'm able to hammer out a decent number discount options. I used the Milestones and Order Goal features to set up some overlapping and time limited offers. These were pretty easy to set up on their UI - I appreciate the tight, instant integration into shopify, previews and instant testing. This meant I could get a one off discount with some specific conditions up and running - I can't do this with Shopify by default, nor could I code this in via the API (needed live monitoring of progress). Great solution

The app is already working great as intended. On top of that, the customer support and the developers were really helpful with customizing certain features and discounts exact for our needs. Excellent team!
