AOS is a construction operating system built for mid-market general contractors. The GC Launch Pack switches on from the first login: project management (RFIs, submittals, drawings with markup and revision compare, daily logs, punch, meetings, T&M tickets), CPM scheduling with baselines, change orders, AIA-style pay apps with retainage, AP with approval ladders and three-way match, a construction general ledger, subcontracts, and a closeout binder delivered to the owner. Owners review pay apps and change orders in their own portal. Subs sign lien waivers, upload submittals and COIs, and close punch items from secure links without an account. Each customer gets its own database. Moving off Procore? AOS imports your project archive, and accounting opening balances come in from QuickBooks, Sage 300, Foundation or Vista. Pricing is one flat monthly number with no per-project or contract-value fees. AOS is in open beta with founding rates locked through July 2028.
