AutoClass AI is an AI spend classification application for procurement and finance teams. It categorises transaction-level spend - invoice, ledger or purchase order lines — against any hierarchical taxonomy, whether that's a standard schema such as SIC, ISIC, eClass, ProClass or CPV, Google Products, or your own bespoke category structure. Every line is read in context (supplier, description, value, entity) and assigned a category with a confidence score. High-confidence lines are classified automatically; low-confidence lines are surfaced for human review rather than silently forced into a catch-all "Miscellaneous" bucket. Review decisions feed back into the model, so each refresh is more accurate than the last. A first categorised view of spend is typically delivered in hours or days rather than the weeks or months a manual mapping exercise takes, and refreshes run on demand. AutoClass works alongside supplier name normalisation and group parenting, so supplier-level numbers are clean before categories are applied.
