After more than seven months with AnyBiz.io—including approximately two months of testing and fine-tuning followed by five months live in production—I can confidently say it has become a valuable extension of our go-to-market strategy. Like any AI platform, success didn't happen overnight. We invested the early months refining messaging, targeting, and workflows. Once everything was dialed in, the results accelerated quickly. Since going live, AnyBiz has consistently generated qualified conversations, built a multi-million-dollar pipeline, and contributed directly to new customer acquisition. More importantly, it has enabled our sales team to spend more time engaging high-value prospects instead of chasing cold outreach. One thing I've learned: agentic SDRs aren't replacing great salespeople—they're making great sales teams more productive by handling repetitive prospecting at scale while allowing sales professionals to focus on building relationships and closing business. The AI agents personalize content using the data points available, and the timing adjusts automatically without extra effort on my side. Email classification also helps prevent missed replies, while scheduling stays organized and easy to manage. Overall, scaling up didn’t reduce effectiveness.
