Get Menu is a restaurant ordering system built for independent restaurants that are tired of paying 25–30% commission to delivery marketplaces for their own repeat customers. Each restaurant gets its own ordering page on its own web address, in one of twelve layouts, with allergens and options under every dish and live stock that greys out sold-out items while customers are still scrolling. The part that saves the most time is the messaging. When an order is placed, three WhatsApp messages go out in about two seconds: the customer gets a confirmation carrying a real arrival time and a status page that updates itself; the kitchen gets its ticket; the rider gets a one-tap dispatch link with a GPS pin and needs no account and no app. Marketing runs in a separate lane with its own sending window and a weekly cap per customer, so a campaign can never delay an order confirmation. Dine-in works from a printed QR code per table, where the table itself is the address. A loyalty stamping system counts per order, per dirham or per qualifying dish, with tiers that discount automatically at checkout and a Google Wallet card that needs no app. Delivery fees are set per building, and VAT invoices carry the restaurant's own TRN. Customers pay cash or by card machine at the door, so no card details exist anywhere in the system. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission on sales.
