How we work · Discovery Every engagement begins here, with four calendar weeks spent examining your company from the inside, at most two of those days on site and the remainder in online sessions with your teams. We then write the plan, and every line of it carries an owner, a cost, a date and the assumption behind it. · Transformation Once the plan exists there are two ways to carry it. Under Training your team takes on the implementation and we prepare them for it. Under Operations we manage the process from the inside, with your team, over six to twelve months. We say which route we consider right rather than leaving the choice open. · Partner For early-stage companies we charge no fee. We come in as a shareholder and start doing whatever the company needs. We also run Workshop, a general training day on AI for leadership teams and staff, speak at events through Keynote, and offer a free 30-minute Conversation. No proposal is issued before we have examined a company from the inside, because a plan written from the outside is a report. We work with small, mid-sized and large companies, starting in Türkiye, then the UK and Europe, then the Middle East and North Africa.
