DispatchMe is intake and on-call response software for service businesses, agencies and call centers.
Write your questions once, as one intake form. DispatchMe runs that form as an AI phone agent that answers calls, an AI text message agent on the same number, a hosted web form with a link and QR code, and a chat widget for your website. Every channel asks the same questions and creates the same structured request. Editing the form updates every channel.
Each form chooses what happens next: keep a record only, notify the same people every time, or reach whoever is on call. On-call coverage is scheduled by location with weekly rotations and date overrides. Escalation texts and calls ranked responders one at a time, then backups, then an escalation owner, with timing you control. Responders accept or decline from a text link and see who on their team has answered.
Customers can get update texts when their request arrives, is taken and is resolved, with a 1 to 5 star rating link. Reports show first-answer time, time to resolve, on-time rate against priority targets, each responder against the team, and demand by day and time.
One sign-in can manage several client accounts, each with its own forms, numbers, people, schedules and reports, so agencies and answering services keep every client separate.
DispatchMe is built by AnSer, a live answering service founded in 1949 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
