Andon Tool is a browser-based digital Andon system for Manufacturers. It replaces radio calls, whiteboards and scattered spreadsheets with one place where the floor's needs are visible, owned and timed. Operators request help from any phone, tablet or shared floor kiosk. Requests appear instantly on a live board, are claimed by name, and response and completion times are captured automatically, counting only operational time. Every plan includes four modules: real-time requests with supervisor dashboards and reports; production scheduling with schedule boards, automated rotations and job templates; daily KPI boards with TV displays; and downtime tracking that ranks top losses by time lost. Optional add-ons: a Skill Matrix for certifications, coverage and work instructions with QR codes, and C.I.B., a continuous improvement assistant for 5 Whys, fishbone, PDCA, A3 and meeting notes. No hardware and no ERP project. Built by a working continuous improvement coordinator.
