Kernal turns conversations, documents and operating activity into structured records. It extracts people, organisations, projects, decisions, actions and relationships into a knowledge graph, with links back to the source. Teams can search, review and export the records, connect through MCP or REST, and run Kernal in an AWS environment they control.

Calibre System 03 helps organisations bring reported AI use into view and turn it into records people can review and act on. Employees describe their use through a phone-friendly intake. Reviewers see source facts, missing information, rulebook questions and preliminary readings. Owners record human decisions, and leaders see an aggregate board with small-team protection. The software includes twelve built-in rulebooks, a custom-rulebook builder, JSON export and a scoped Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface. It supports governance review; it does not certify compliance or replace legal advice. Unknown information remains unknown. Calibre is a self-hosted software licence. You run it in your AWS account and control your records, administrators, retention, backups and infrastructure. Infrastructure costs are separate. Installation and ongoing management can be scoped separately and are not bundled into the licence. The deterministic rulebook reader works without external inference. Optional Ask and drafting features use your selected Anthropic or OpenCode account and API key, with separate provider charges and processing terms. No Andes inference key or fallback is included in the customer installation. Annual licences exclude VAT: Pilot costs EUR 2,500 for 250 installation-wide invitation links; Department EUR 6,000 for 1,000; Company EUR 15,000 for 5,000. Andes arranges software and licence delivery after payment. The twelve-month licence period starts on delivery. Explore the free public demonstration with fictional data, or book a live demo. The shared demonstration is read-only; payment does not unlock it. Product walkthrough (1:37, fictional data): https://youtu.be/ZhfAYelpowM Technical overview (1:25): https://youtu.be/THdSlK3YKKs
Andes builds software that shows its work. Built in Norway, Check by Andes - Calibre System 03 brings employee-reported AI use into one reviewable record. Employees describe their use, reviewers assess source facts and unknowns against built-in rulebooks or their own policy, and leaders see decisions and evidence. Calibre is self-hosted in the customer's AWS account, with JSON export, scoped MCP and optional customer-supplied inference. Readings support human review; they do not certify compliance.
