Anagram is a refreshing new way to look at security awareness training, risk-based training that is short form and interactive for our users. It is a drastic change from the boring, annual and long compliance trainings that many are used to. The platform and different training options have been a significant boost to our program.

Anagram offers quality content and boutique service. You will never experience a ticket in limbo or a product that only half-works. They always ensure the experience works for the customer and is effective for our users. And because they actually support their product, I don't have to spend time chasing down tickets or hand-holding users for days if not weeks to deal with a sub-par UX. We've used them for three years and in that time, our training has improved, our workforce completes training with less heartburn and protest, and we finally have a list of quality modules that represent the needs of our workforce and don't offend our users. Their inclusion of diverse presenters rather than uncanny valley AI avatars is still greatly appreciated. The system can be used either via their own LMS platform or via an export or integration with other platforms. We have never had an issue exporting and importing modules. This is important for companies with a central LMS. It's so simple and the modules are small and less-buggy than many other vendors. Concerns about performance have virtually fallen off since we switched. If there is an issue, I have no doubt it will be remedied swiftly by my support person at Anagram - a person I see regularly and know by name! The pricing is very good for the product. They do not have the huge library of some vendors, but they also do not release training modules that are half-baked or improperly tested. Given the one-on-one care you receive, I feel this is a good value for money. Of course, the more you bundle, the better the cost as with any platform. The difference is that you will not get the hard sell. They want to understand what your team needs and provide what your users need to thrive. They value relationships, not upsells. AI is an option that can be added to some products, but it isn't something we've tested yet. We are interested in trying some AI features down the line, but our leadership isn't as of now looking to build out solely-AI course modules. We prefer actors and short videos which is becoming a rarity on the market. Their team is professional, kind, and genuinely interested in how they can improve the value of their service.
