uBeauty is salon management software for independent beauty salons, nail studios, aestheticians and barbershops, from a professional working alone to a team of a dozen. It replaces the paper appointment book, the contacts on someone's phone and the spreadsheet with a single system that runs in the browser and on iPhone.
Appointments: a calendar per professional, with booking requests, a waiting list, individual working hours and time blocks.
Fewer no-shows: automatic reminders by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
Client records: visit history, treatment photos, tags, consultation forms (anamnesis) and account balance.
Services and pricing: categories, durations, and commissions per professional and per service.
Cash and finances: payments, expenses, cash closing per shift and earnings per person.
Stock: products with average cost and low-stock alerts.
Online booking page: each salon gets a public page with its price list, portfolio and reviews, where clients book on their own. Clients get an area to see and manage their appointments.
Pricing that doesn't take a cut: a flat monthly fee, with no commission on bookings or new clients. 30-day free trial, no card required.
Security: each salon's data is isolated at the database level (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), two-factor authentication is mandatory for owners, and sensitive operations are logged.
