Amplon is the only fully Hoshin Kanri-native strategy execution software, integrating X-matrix, initiative tracking, and KPI reporting into a single system, rather than the disconnected Excel files most organizations rely on. Used by ABB, Hitachi Energy, Oceaneering International, and Erwin Hymer Group, Amplon gives every level of the organization real-time visibility into how daily work connects to strategy, with deployment starting at an 8-week Proof of Value, no consulting dependency required.
