Diplino is a web app for training providers, associations and event organisers that issue their own certificates. Upload a CSV file with your participants, check everything in a review table and send. Each participant gets an email with a link to their certificate, a PDF with your logo and its own verification page with a QR code. Certificates are digitally signed, so an employer can open the link and see the name, the course, the date and who issued it.
Diplino sends an automatic reminder to participants who have not opened their certificate and shows which emails bounced. Corrections and resends cost nothing, and there is no fee per certificate. Participants can add their certificate to LinkedIn with one button.
Certificates can be issued in 13 languages, and one certificate can show two languages, including Arabic laid out right to left, on every plan. From the Business plan, Diplino also issues multi-page diplomas with a course table, credits and grades imported from a CSV file.
Data is hosted in the EU (Stockholm) with a DPA on every plan. Issued certificates stay valid and verifiable even if you cancel. You issue the certificate; Diplino does not accredit courses.
