Wink AI is a real-time sales assistant for teams that sell over the phone. It listens to live calls between agents and customers, transcribes both sides as they talk (30 languages, tuned for phone audio and accents), and puts the right product on the agent's screen while the customer is still on the line: the matching earrings for last week's pendant, the in-stock ring in a size seven, the cable the new receiver needs. Agents can also ask Wink questions mid-call, like "matching necklace under $150?", and get products they can sell. After the call, Wink writes the summary and scores the call against your own QA rubric. Wink runs in the browser next to your dialer, integrates with Five9, and includes a Windows companion for other softphones. It is used by ShopLC and TJC.
