The pricing structure is different from some other popular tools on the market, which usually charge a percentage of payments made to affiliates and sell packages based on the amount of commissions paid per month, while Ambassador has packages defined for the number of Affiliates, which I consider more suitable for those who do not know how much traction the program will gain in the beginning, it is more predictable to control costs. To be completely fair, we are just starting our partnership with Ambassador, so until we reach a certain maturity in the program, what I can evaluate is more the offer vs. the price vs. the features offered and not so much their functionality. But I consider it a good attempt considering other competitors.

I just went live with my program, and already am seeing great results. The GetAmbassador team was thorough, helpful, and offered lots of suggestions to make sure my process was strong. Looking forward to seeing what comes with the new revamped referral program we just launched!

The implementation team was very hands on and ensured a successful launch. The platform is pretty intutiive and can be managed by someone non-technical. We were able to leverage our internal engineering team to integrate nicely with our iOS app.
