I have used Optin Monster in the past for opt-in forms and CTA notifications, it works well but they charge you a lot for all the advanced targeting options.
I found Qualzz as an alternative solution to meet my needs. There are a wide range of popup templates options to choose from and the best part is the design is totally customizable. I use the advanced targeting options for my marketing needs and webhooks to set up automations with our CRM solution.
