I like how it works. It is very easy and intuitive to use while it provides wide range of features that make management of assets a lot easier than with our previous solution. Also the integration to Intune, SCCM, M365 portal and Azure provides data that I had to looking in different places, now I find easily everything in one place.

Easy to use tool for me (user) to submit any ticket or any problem I have. The IT support got better at resolving our problems much faster and I know the status of the ticket or if anyone is working on it. We can also access articles that help us to solve many issues on our own thanks to extensive internal workshops that our IT organized when we started with Alvao. Intuitive for submitting a ticket either from a self-service portal, phone or a service catalogue. I don't need to think of whom to contact - I can simply submit a ticket through selected services and it goes automatically to a given department/person. We use ALVAO across company every day for onboarding and offboarding employees and other HR process, marketing department, fleet and facilities management.

Simple and excellent user friendly tool that handle compley stuff. I like the fact that if I have troubles with my laptop I can submit a ticket with the attached asset infromation to IT and they quickly resolve it. I can also check all of my assets I have in my hands. From expiry date, warranties, pin codes to car plate number, Alvao has it all in one place. I like also the possibility to check how long I own certain assets for example my company phone and request a new one after certain years.
