What I like best about Altyaa is that it brings our restaurant's reputation and social media management into one place. The Google Reputation Expert is particularly useful for us because it monitors our reviews, identifies which ones need attention and drafts personalized responses in our tone so we don't have to spend time writing every reply ourselves. I also really like the daily recommendations. Instead of having to check Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok separately and figure out what we should be doing Altyaa prioritizes the actions that need our attention and gives us ready to approve posts replies and content ideas. For a restaurant this is especially helpful because our online reputation is directly connected to whether new customers decide to visit us. being able to respond to reviews quickly, keep our social media active, turn customer feedback into content and monitor our performance from one dashboard saves us a lot of time.
