ALTERO is coaching software for online fitness and bodybuilding coaches who follow their clients remotely, built in France and available in French. Coaches design training programs and meal plans, receive weekly check-ins with photos and a summary (weight, completed sessions, steps, cardio), and track each client's progress on phone or desktop. Clients log every set, tick off their meals and send their check-in from the app. Coaches reply in writing, by voice note or with a video, see the diet actually followed over 7 days, and prepare competitors with a day-by-day peak week. The Pro plan adds the coach's own branding in the client app and AI import of existing programs and diets from Excel, PDF, Word or a photo.
