Unmatched Support and Seamless Implementation

I like that Alta Vista Technology provides timely and expert support over the long-term business relationship we have with them. They helped us find the software that fit us best and supported the setup and implementation to ensure our needs were met. I appreciate their personable approach, building a relationship with us and knowing our business well. I also like that we consistently met with the same people from the company, ensuring they understood how our business operated. They helped us streamline and modernize our accounting software, saving time and enabling new functionality. Their support, like creating a report for us within a day, has been very beneficial. Modern AI and matching technology, along with multi-entity reporting, have been useful features of the software they helped us implement.

Exceptional Support and Seamless Sage Intacct Transition

I find Alta Vista Technology's organization and knowledge to be top-notch, with a large support team providing very quick response times. Whenever we had an issue, we could email for support or advice and usually get a response within 10-15 minutes. They offered solutions to many of our issues and were incredibly helpful from the implementation phase to going live and beyond. The support and knowledge base they provide is the best I've seen. They make it easy and comfortable to ask questions of any size and provide guidance, support, and insight. I can’t say enough good things about the support and how smooth the transition from Great Plains to Sage Intacct was. They led us every step of the way, making a large task not seem overwhelming.

Personally, I like Audra (our company's assigned customer success manager) the best about their service - without her management of all outstanding items/issues and constantly keeping us on track, up to date, and involved in current state of our system; manages the team of more iT/Developer IT support staff that actually does the support/resolving of issues/building of reports, add-ins, modifications for our system
