Alpire is a cloud phone system (PBX) with optional AI voice agents, built for small and mid-sized businesses that answer a lot of phone calls. It runs on its own telephony engine written in Rust and is configured entirely from the browser: no hardware, no on-site installation, no technician needed.
You keep your own numbers and carrier. Alpire does not sell phone numbers; you connect Twilio, Telnyx or any SIP trunk. Calls are billed by your carrier, and Alpire is priced per seat with no per-minute platform fee.
Phone system
- Extensions, hunt groups and queues with skills-based routing, overflow and priority
- Browser softphone with warm and blind transfer, notes and call history
- Visual IVR with opening hours and public holidays
- Live supervision (silent listening and whisper coaching), call recording with a pause for card details, and voicemail
- Progressive outbound dialler, do-not-call list and scheduled callbacks
- Live wallboard and reports (SLA, ASA, AHT, occupancy) with CSV and PDF export
AI voice agents
- Agents that listen, think and speak inside the same call and can be interrupted mid-sentence
- They answer from your own documents, book appointments and hand over to a person with context
- Can be switched on gradually: for one number, one queue, or only outside business hours
- You choose the speech-to-text, language model and voice provider
- An EU AI Act disclosure is announced and logged before the agent speaks
Also included: drag-and-drop call flows (or describe what you want and an AI assistant drafts it), website chatbots with handover to a person, a public REST API, webhooks for n8n, Make and Zapier, and an MCP server.
The interface is available in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German. Plans start at 45 EUR per seat per month, with a 14-day free trial that includes 300 AI credits (a card is required to start the trial).
