Staff clock in by facial recognition on any phone or tablet you already own, so there are no terminals to buy and nobody can clock in for a colleague. Presence works from the moment it's installed: it recognises faces before any staff data exists, and names get attached afterwards. PIN and QR badge are available for anyone who opts out. Biometric templates are held separately from employee identities, encrypted and stored in the EU. Managers build rotas on a grid that flags understaffed shifts and totals wage cost as they build. Leave handles entitlements, accruals and carry-over, with approvals routed to roles rather than individuals. Clocked hours feed payroll directly - over 20 Excel exports including Sage and Stream schemas - so there's no timesheet to reconcile.
