Stand360 is dealer management software built for independent used-car dealerships in Portugal.
Each vehicle gets one record: what you paid, what you spent on preparation, transport, registration and warranty, what you sold it for, and what was actually left. Margin is computed per car, after costs and after the VAT that Portuguese dealers owe under the margin scheme (RETM), where the tax is charged on the margin rather than on the sale price and a negative margin on one car cannot offset another.
The record also carries the paperwork the dealer must keep: the purchase declaration from a private seller (the proof that the margin scheme applies), the written warranty required by Decree-Law 84/2021, road tax (IUC) and inspection (IPO) dates for cars on the lot, and the cash-limit and anti-money-laundering rules that treat dealers as obliged entities.
Premium adds unlimited stock and team members, IUC and IPO alerts by email, quarterly VAT forecast, supplier and channel analytics, consignment and trade-in, public share links and social-media ads for each car, publishing to the AutoSAPO and OLX portals, and an Excel export the accountant can close the month from.
Stand360 does not replace listing portals or the dealership website. It handles what happens after the ad: the numbers and the documents, per car, until the month is closed with the accountant.
