Great for fund drives and tracking

I love how Allegiance is simple and user friendly. It makes collecting money during our pledge drives so much easier and less labor intensive. With our previous platform, it would take us several weeks to wrap up a drive. Now it takes us a few days.

Slightly clunky design, easy report generation, great customer service

Allegiance makes it easy to pull reports out for pretty much any field of data you've entered. There are simple reporting tools, as well as the option for much more complex reports that can consider a great number of fields and aspects. All of the available options can sometimes be difficult to sort through, but the customer service team is so awesome. It is easy to get them on the phone and they are always so eager to help and are very knowledgeable about the program. Most of them will offer right away to screen share and so they can guide your mouse and show you exactly how to do something. It is the best way to learn a program.
