Setup was fast. We connected Dynatrace, Grafana/VMAlert and Slack in an afternoon and had on-call schedules and escalations working the same day, without a dedicated onboarding call. Routing is flexible enough to split alerts per team and per severity, and the Slack integration is good enough that most of our on-call work never leaves Slack. Pricing is a lot easier to justify than PagerDuty for a team our size.
