What I like most about PaperBrainz is how much you get for the price. I checked quite a few AI customer support chatbots before choosing it for Elevenend, and PaperBrainz was one of the cheapest options I found with the features I actually needed. It was also really easy to set up - I trained it using our own content, customized the chatbot for our website, and got it running without having to spend hours figuring things out. And I mean integration is only one line so ... It handles a lot of the repetitive customer questions for us and works 24/7, which saves us time. I also like being able to check the conversations and see what customers are asking. For the price, it gives us a lot of useful features without making things complicated. AI is nice, it really works only on docs and knowledge we have provided, and it doesnt really take time to train it, it's pretty fast on that end
