It is Spain's mandatory digital farm logbook (RD 1054/2022, as amended by RD 34/2025 and RD 1039/2025) with SIEX, XML and official PDF export, plus crew, machinery, satellite, weather, CAP, accounts and cooperative management. It works offline on iPhone, Android and web. Starter is free up to 10 ha of olive grove; Plus (EUR 11.99/month) and Professional (EUR 23.99/month) include 10 ha and add a fee per extra hectare, with a 30-day free trial and no card. Olearia Digital Twins puts the whole olive oil mill on one screen, in 3D: the extraction process, the cellar, traceability down to the plot, resources and applied AI. Built by AIXA AI (Granada, Spain) for olive oil mills and cooperatives. Deployments start with a pilot quoted per plant after a technical visit, and a live demo is available with no commitment. AIXA AI is an applied AI company based in Granada, Spain, founded in 2025. It develops machine learning, data engineering, AI agents and digital twins for sectors where a bad decision is expensive: olive oil and agri-food, industry and the public sector.
