AirStaff is employee time-tracking software for companies with remote or offshore staff, sold as a one-off lifetime licence rather than a per-user monthly subscription.
A desktop agent for Windows and macOS records tracked time, keyboard and mouse event counts, an activity percentage, periodic screenshots (detailed low-resolution by default, or blurred at capture) and the active app and website domain. It only runs while a staff member is clocked in, and only after they have accepted a monitoring notice. It never records keystroke contents, webcam, microphone, files, messages or screen video. Staff can see everything recorded about them in "My data", and screenshots are deleted automatically after 60 days.
