AirOne MRO by V1AeroSolutions is shop management software for aircraft wheel, brake, and component MRO facilities. It integrates receiving, inspection, work order creation, job task management, certification generation, and shipping into a single platform compliant with FAA Part 145 and EASA Part-145 regulations. Developed with CodeFlow, the software mirrors workflows from active maintenance facilities. Features include inventory management with reorder alerts, batch tracking, and shelf-life monitoring. Tool calibration tracking ensures calibrated equipment is used, with alerts and certificate storage. Parts traceability tracks serial numbers, certificates, and audit trails. Work order management supports task-level sign-offs, inspection stages, and bay activity tracking. The system generates EASA Form 1 and FAA 8130-3 certificates with dual-release support. Automated backups protect records, while reporting tracks turnaround time, workload, and audit readiness.
