AiroDental builds AI for dental practices, founded by a practicing dentist and practice owner. Laine, the patient-facing platform, answers a practice's inbound calls including nights and weekends, holds a real conversation with the patient, and books the appointment during the call. It writes directly into Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental and CareStack through AiroConnect, AiroDental's own integration layer, so the schedule the team opens the next morning is already correct. Laine also runs patient texting, digital forms, consents, appointment reminders, hygiene recall and reactivation of patients who never scheduled planned treatment. Saige, the team-facing product, holds the practice's documented procedures, onboarding, training and knowledge checks in one place. The software went live in the founder's own practice before it was sold to anyone else. AiroDental sells month to month with no contract and no onboarding fee.
