Airmaintix is a field service management platform for small HVAC/R contractors in the United States and Europe, from one-person shops to teams of technicians who service air conditioning, heat pumps and commercial refrigeration.
In the office, the web dashboard keeps clients, sites and equipment in one place, creates work orders and sends quotes that customers approve online. Existing client and equipment lists can be imported from a spreadsheet. Technicians use the Android and iOS app on site, including without a signal, to follow maintenance checklists (Pass / Fail / N/A, with notes and photos), log refrigerant charges, recoveries and leak checks, and collect the customer's electronic signature. Each job produces a PDF report with the contractor's logo.
The refrigerant log calculates the leak rate for every addition and keeps the records required by the US EPA rule under the AIM Act (40 CFR Part 84) and by the EU F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573. Maintenance plans are generated from the equipment list and follow US, EU, German or Spanish rules. Each unit can carry a QR label that opens its service history.
The interface is available in English, Spanish and German, with imperial or metric units and prices in USD or EUR. Scheduling, receivables and payables are included. Plans start at $59 per month, with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card.
