Tarvyx is sales order automation software for B2B manufacturers and wholesale distributors whose customers still order by email, attachment, or chat.
It picks up each order from Gmail, Outlook, any IMAP mailbox, Telegram, WhatsApp Business or Viber, and reads the message and its attachments together as one order: text-layer PDFs, scanned PDFs, Excel files, photographs and handwritten notes. Every line is matched against your own product catalogue and customer records across languages, and scored. 85% and above is applied automatically; 60-85% is suggested for confirmation; anything lower is held for review instead of guessed. Approved orders are pushed to the connected ERP or CRM.
There are no per-customer templates to maintain, so a changed document layout does not break extraction. Corrections your team makes improve later orders from that customer.
Tarvyx runs as a managed cloud service or fully on-premise inside your own network, with no order data leaving it.
