AIONIX is a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platform built for small and mid-sized manufacturers who run production on a mix of machine ages, a lean or no in-house IT team, and no room for a big-bang implementation.
Most MOM suites bundle planning, production, quality, maintenance, and traceability into separate modules that each report their own numbers. AIONIX connects them on one shared data layer instead: a maintenance event on a machine shows up in the quality view for the batch it affects, a delayed changeover recalculates the schedule for the rest of the shift, and a work order carries its full history forward automatically. The AI assistant Onix sits on top of that connected data and answers direct questions about the floor, such as why a line fell behind this morning or which batches touched a given raw material lot, without anyone building a report first.
AIONIX runs alongside the ERP already in place, with confirmed integrations for Odoo, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, rather than replacing it: the ERP manages the business, AIONIX manages the operational reality of the production floor.
Manufacturers start with the module that solves their most acute problem, whether that is paper-based work orders, quality data disconnected from production context, or reactive maintenance, and expand at their own pace. Moerman NV went from paper-based recording to real-time OEE and live work order tracking on two machine lines within three months. Depro Profiles moved from sample-based visual inspection to 100% inline AI inspection across 80,000 panel-sides a day.
AIONIX is built and supported from Belgium, with a focus on Flemish and Benelux manufacturing SMEs.
