The platform easily ingested all of our website content (over 400 pages), collateral, and other documents and quickly learned to give in-depth, high-quality answers to customer questions. While initially, we've used this as a website chatbot, the Aimdoc team has worked with us to customize their platform for other website and marketing projects. This is a powerful platform that leverages generative AI more effectively and other platforms I've tested.
