ServiceOps Pulse is an Execution Intelligence platform for professional services firms to engineer their profitability. It connects to a firm's financial and operational data, measures the gap between what the firm planned and what it is actually doing, and alerts the people responsible for the numbers while there is still time to act, not weeks later when a month-end report confirms the loss.
AIgencyIQ calls that gap drift. It builds through ordinary actions: unbilled hours, late or missing change orders, over-servicing, rate mismatches, unmonitored budgets, revision cycles beyond estimate, stale renewal rates, and absorbed vendor costs. ServiceOps Pulse is built for profit recovery: finding the margin drift erodes and showing what to do about it.
How it works
ServiceOps Pulse combines hundreds of operational signals into 23 KPIs across five domains: Profitability & Revenue, Cash Flow & Runway, Project Health, Team Utilization, and Sales & Pipeline. The KPIs roll up into the Drift Number, a 0–100 score of how far execution has moved from plan.
- Command Center: the Drift Number and a KPI window for each domain.
- AI Smart Summary: a plain-language account of what changed and why it matters.
- Drift Alerts: KPI threshold breaches and discrete events, such as a delayed receivable.
- Causation: variance decomposition, AI-suggested causes, and a recorded confirmation of the cause.
- Decision Modeling Canvas: models realistic interventions from the firm's own data and compares each on cost, timing, impact, and risk.
- Assessment: a record of the situation, cause, options weighed, recommendation, and an action with an owner and due date. An alert resolves only when that record is complete.
- The ServiceOps Brainium: the AI engine that learns from confirmed causes and recorded decisions. It's learning now.
Who it is for
Owners and operators of agencies, consultancies, and accounting and advisory firms, and the fractional CFOs who advise them.
Integrations
QuickBooks Online and Xero, with NetSuite in development.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and role-based access control. Retrieval-based AI keeps customer data separate from the AI logic, and responses are traceable.
Getting started
Firms begin with a First Pulse: ServiceOps Pulse runs on the firm's own books, at no cost, and reveals its Actual Drift Number, its Drift Exposure in dollars, and a breakdown by domain.
