AgentOS is an all-in-one operating system for residential real estate agents and teams in the United States.
Most agents run their business across a CRM, transaction management software, seller reporting, client portals, a commission spreadsheet, and a pile of open house sign-in sheets. None of them talk to each other, so the agent becomes the integration layer. AgentOS replaces that stack with one login.
Core capabilities:
- Pipeline and transaction management from contract to close, with live volume and projected commission
- Contract deadline tracking with reminders before dates lapse
- Contacts, leads, and scheduled follow-up, with CSV import
- A branded client portal for every deal, so clients stop asking for status updates
- Seller reporting with real portal view and save counts
- Commission tracking and business planning against a production goal
- An AI daily briefing that ranks the morning by revenue impact
- An AI voice and text assistant for logging notes and follow-ups hands-free
- Open house QR sign-in pages that drop visitors into contacts with follow-up already scheduled
- Document compliance checklists and review queues
- Native iOS app
Pricing is per workspace rather than per seat: Solo Agent at $49/month, Small Team at $99/month for up to 5 users, Large Team at $199/month for up to 20, and custom Enterprise pricing above that. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card.
AgentOS is built by Noah Jenkins, a working residential real estate agent, who built it to run his own business before offering it to other agents. It is not a brokerage back-office platform, an accounting system, or an MLS/IDX product.
