Agendavia is an AI voice receptionist for medical, dental, physiotherapy, aesthetic and psychology clinics. It answers the clinic's phone 24/7 in Spanish and books, reschedules and cancels appointments directly in the clinic's own scheduling software, offering only real available slots by practitioner and appointment type. It integrates with DriCloud, XDentalCloud, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and AgendaPro, and the clinic keeps its existing phone number: calls are simply forwarded. The assistant recognises patients by their phone number and verifies a second detail before sharing appointment information. It never performs triage or gives medical advice: any clinical matter is handed to a person, and emergencies are directed to the emergency number. Outside reception hours it takes messages, which the clinic receives in its dashboard and by email. Data is processed within the European Union. The dashboard shows calls answered, appointments booked and revenue recovered each month. Plans from 69 EUR per month, with no long-term contract.
