The templates AgencyBloc provides are intuitive, allowing for easy navigation and efficiency when on the phone with clients; this allows agents to update files immediately, saving time and allowing for follow-up by other agents if necessary. AgencyBloc templates are also customizable, allowing users to add fields for specific product types, sales priorities or needs. AgencyBloc provides on-demand training tools which allow agents to learn and adapt their use of the system on their own time. When I've needed more in-depth training or technical support, the AgencyBloc staff are responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. If they don't have the answer at that moment, they will follow up with you providing specific guidance and training tools to answer your question. I currently use AgencyBloc for individual health insurance sales and will begin use it for individual life insurance sales and adding agents as we expand to an Agency.
