Pediatric teams track well-child visits on the EPSDT schedule, run developmental and autism screenings, chart growth against CDC and WHO percentiles, follow the childhood immunization schedule, and manage private-duty nursing hours, guardian consent, and IEP/IFSP coordination. Home health teams complete OASIS-E2, Plans of Care, and Notices of Admission. DD/IDD providers handle incident reporting, person-centered plans, and caregiver credentialing.
